CATS Plot option supports a wide variety of Versatec and Versatec-compatible plotters as well as Postscript™ printers. With support for both monochrome and color modes, continuous magnification, fillcodes, linestyles and automatic plot paneling, CATS Plot option may be executed either interactively or in batch mode.

Any file (design, e-beam, PG, inspection, or jobdeck) or files that can be input and viewed in CATS can also be plotted. In fact, one very powerful combination is that of CATS Jobdeck Viewing and CATS Plotting. An entire photomask with all of its pattern files can easily be plotted to any desired scale.
